Reservation Precautions

• Reservation can only be made through the JEJUAIR website, and mobile web/app.

• Selected fare is a 'one-way' ticket fare including air, fuel surcharges and airport facility charges.

• The indicated fare is the total fare including fuel surcharges and airport facility charges as of May 2023, and may vary depending on the currency exchange rate of the issue date.

• The fuel surcharge fee is determined based on the date of reservation. The overseas airport facility charge may vary based on ticket issue date and currency.

• Promotional fare tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be sold out earlier than expected.

• Please check the details regarding changes and refunds prior to booking a flight ticket.

• FLY fare does not include free baggage.

• Please check for immigration details and restrictions provided on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website before purchasing an international flight ticket.

• Please enter the name correctly when booking as you cannot make corrections after booking the ticket.

• Boarding may be denied for a misspelled name and passenger will be charged a fee to refund the ticket.

• Payment method cannot be changed after booking the flight ticket.

• International flight ticket must be used in the stated order of travel, and return flight or partial refund is not available in the case of a no-show for the departure flight of the trip.

• In the case of a purchasing a one-way ticket, passenger is responsible for any immigration problems that may occur due to the lack of return flight ticket or a valid visa.

• A flight schedule change may occur after flight reservation due to weather, natural disaster, change of business plan, etc.

Refunds and Cancellation

• Commission fee and penalties will be waived when changes and cancellation are requested within 24 hours of the purchase, before the departure time. (Only applicable to purchases through JEJUAIR official website, or official customer service, mobile, or at airport branches).

• Cancellation of the remaining trip is available through the purchasing office.

• You cannot partially cancel the departure flight after purchasing a round trip ticket.

• Cancellation penalities will be charged to each person and each segment. (Excluding infants with no seats occupied).

• Commission fee and penalties will be applied based on the time of departure point in each segment.

• When purchasing a consolidated flight ticket, the higher commission fee of each individual trip will be applied to the whole.

Reservation change

• Changes to time and date are allowed. Route changes are not allowed.

• An additional fee will be incurred for each change after 24 hours of the initial reservation. Commission fee on making changes will be charged to each person and each segment. (Excluding infants with no seats occupied).

• Fare difference and commission fee may be incurred with condition changes (dates, flight number, etc.) based on the time of purchase.

• No changes can be made to flights purchased with points. You can make payment again after a refund.

• When purchasing a consolidated flight ticket, the higher commission fee of each individual trip will be applied to the whole.
